RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns only for damaged, expired, incorrect, missing, or tampered products. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Opened medicines, used products, personal care items, and products without original packaging are not eligible for return.
Approved refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to reflect. Eligible items may be replaced based on stock availability. Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
